Our favorite trans-girly goes to her facial surgeon and asks about the latest techniques for a face lift.

"No problem", he says, "we have a new system. I fit this small knob on the back of your head and anytime you need to give yourself a bit of a lift just turn the knob".

"That's wonderful", she tells him, "I'll have it done".

All goes well for about 5 years, anytime she feels that her looks are slipping she gives the knob a little turn. Then one day she goes to see the surgeon again. "What's wrong?", he asks.

"Well you see doctor, I have these bags under my eyes"

He takes a look and says, "Those aren't bags, those are your breasts!"

"Ah-ha", she says, "then that explains the goatee!"
